The one thing i like though, if they know the ambulance can't get there on time, they will send doctors/nurses in advance to help stabilize the patient. It's a sad indictment of the traffic mess we're in, but at least ginawang ng paraan.

Lifeline pa rin e. They were recommended by my Dad's doctors in the 90s pa lang. I guess there is a reason why they lasted so long.

To be honest, dito sa `Pinas, maraming ambulances, driver service lang talaga (I'm just stating it as it is...)
-school bus service pa ng mga anak ng head ng local government unit minsan

Di bale ng mahal konti (not that much naman), buhay and proper emergency procedures involved diyan.
    I'd listen to a doctor

P2,000 a year is only P166+ pesos lang per month.

I checked out na rin yung Manila Doctors Hospital. They have a Department of Emergency Medicine which operates yung ambulance service nila (that's a good indication na trained and supervised ang personnel nila).

Since malapit yung hospital nila dun sa Paco area you might want to try contacting them din.

BTW, Emergency Med is the med field specializing in trauma and urgent care.
