An interesting tidbit: It seems many people got pissed by LA's
Sasha "the Machine" Vujacic's last second 3-pointer in their final game vs. the Spurs.

It was obvious kasi na panalo na ang LA and in the last seconds, all the players were just standing there and waiting for the clock to expire.

There is an unwritten rule pala that in that kind of situation, you
should no longer go for a shot and just dribble the ball away till the final
    seconds.

Also another reason why this caused an uproar is that it ruined the
"points-spread" betting.

Now they're calling him Sasha "A-Hole" Vujacic!

But I like Sasha's attitude. He's a true warrior who keeps on fighting
    till the very end!

yeah it's a good attitude . . . if they are losing. but as you've said, the game is already won by the lakers and all the players (except him) are just standing and waiting for the time to expire.

mayber he has a bet in las vegas hehehe

CENTER: Kendrick Perkins vs. Pau Gasol.

POWER FORWARD: Kevin Garnett vs. Lamar Odom.

SMALL FORWARD: Paul Pierce vs. Vladimir Radmanovic.

SHOOTING GUARD: Ray Allen vs. Kobe Bryant.

POINT GUARD: Rajon Rondo vs. Derek Fisher.

RESERVES: James Posey, P.J. Brown, Sam Cassel, Eddie House, Leon Powe, Glen Davis at Tony Allen vs. Sasha Vujacic, Luke Walton, Jordan Farmar, Ronny Turiaf, DJ Mbenga at Trebor Ariza.

COACHES: Doc Rivers vs. Phil Jackson.

neck and neck talaga yung finals ngayon... sana friday na! ::

That's Tony Allen....don't jinx the Finals by giving false info please. We want the battle at almost FULL STRENGTH for an entertaining series. Sa totoo lang mahirap mag take sides because these two teams are both my favorites.

    From Yahoo sports..
Celtics’ Tony Allen doubtful for NBA finals

WALTHAM, Mass. (AP)—Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers says Tony Allen might not be back from an injury to guard Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant when the NBA finals begin Thursday night.

“It doesn’t look good,” Rivers said after practice on Monday. “He couldn’t get through even the walkthrough portion.”

Allen had some success against Bryant in the regular season, but the Celtics guard injured his Achilles tendon in a post-practice pickup game during the Eastern Conference finals and hasn’t played since.

Allen started the regular-season game against the Lakers in Boston on Dec. 30—one of just 11 games he started this year—and helped hold the NBA MVP to 22 points on 6-for-25 shooting.

“He’s played good in two games against the Lakers,” Rivers said. “But if he’s not healthy, he’s not healthy.”

it is really hard to tell kung sino mananalo, but I will give a slight edge to the Lakers just bec of Kobe Bryant...he has extensive experience on playing in a championship games..he's I think one of the player if not the only player now in NBA who could really dominate the game and actually give the W to his team on his own...

and he is KOBE BRYANT for God's sake, the league's MVP...
