I'd love for the Celtics to pull this one off. Although, they won't have much of a reserve punch without green coming off the bench. Maybe Ainge is counting on Tony Allen to return to form and for Rajon Rondo to improve his shooting.

Al Jeff is the real deal and Minnesota would be silly to settle for anyone less if they're giving up KG. this may sound ridiculous to most, but i think even Pierce is more expendable than Jefferson.
i'm still not sold on Gerald Green (despite theveed's man-crush on him) but maybe the Celts can sell some poor sucker on the fact that he can jump out of the building. Telfair is garbage.

Hehe, I knew it... Grr... After last season, G.Green is starting to be like a VC without the threat factor hehe. While I don't think Pierce is not worth keeping, I do agree that Al Jeff is a better value in terms of trades. Al Jeff doesn't need to prove his "potential" anymore, as long as he stays healthy, he'll be a 20/10 night after night easy without the Zach Randolf attitude.
Pierce is slashing less these days and that bothers me from a fan's standpoint, not very keen on mid-range-shooter-type players when it comes to the main offensive threat for a team, so adding KG would be tremendous.
But honestly, I really think that the Celts needs help only at the PG and defensive end for them to make it to the playoffs (heck, we're talking about the East here). Pierce will always be consistent for them, Al Jeff and Gomes will be pretty solid, Rondo and Delonte will be fine... they just don't have the defensive speed even with such a small lineup... Kinda miss Walter McCarthy's energy since he left hehe...
I'd be sad to see Rondo being traded... Allan Ray can be better than Telfair as well, so dump Cbass.

KG has sent feelers that he doesn't want to play in Boston and prefers Phoenix if he will be traded. Real life imitates fantasy basketball.
Nash + KG = Keeper League Championship :1stplace:

I sincerely doubt that any of the west stars will be traded to the west teams as well, that'd be silly for the trading team

I think if the Wolves plan to ship KG out, they will opt to ship him out east, unless of course the Suns give their star players(Amare or Nash) for KG which is impossible.
