As long as Isaiah is the GM, Knicks will suck, heck even Larry Brown can't rescue them from the lottery.

If that happens (big if), Kevin McHale should retire for good, and Isaiah should win the Executive of the Year
I would love to see KG in a Bulls uniform, Bulls are loaded in the backcourt and wing positions, KG would be a perfect fit.

Why not trade GM's instead? Zeke (Isiah Thomas) for Kevin McHale? Now that would be interesting.

Others worthy, but Nash a deserving MVP
Is anyone staging a protest because Steve Nash captured his second MVP? Save your breath, because although my pick was LeBron James, there's nothing you can tell me to say that Nash didn't deserve it.
Were James, Dirk Nowitzki, Kobe Bryant and Chauncey Billups worthy? Absolutely. Nash just beat them out amid popular opinion, and you can see why. Nash took a team that lost three of its top five scorers and made it a consistent winner. Players that had been marginal scorers elsewhere produced career highs. Open shots were available in abundance, all because of his court vision. He led, inspired and coerced great things out of a relatively brand new nucleus and did so seamlessly.
Numbers-wise, he was even better than he was in his first MVP season. That season-long consistency was just as special as Kobe's remarkable scoring outbursts, James' eye-popping versatility and Dirk's clutch shooting sprees.
So, please, let's not anybody write columns playing the race card this time around. Nash validated himself as the deserving MVP of 2005 by joining a select group of multiple winners.
No one can doubt his abilities after what he put out there this season. He scored when he had to, and inspired his teammates' confidence and production to swell. That was proved in the gumption the Suns showed coming back down 3-1. Only teams that truly believe in their abilities can accomplish such a feat. In getting in the face of Kobe Bryant, he also demonstrated that he backs down from no one, regardless of size or stature.
Some naysayers feel he didn't deserve the award because he'snot the best defender. While he's not the defender James, Bryant or Billups is, the proof of whether he hurt his team lies in the Suns' win total. They're not conventional, but they enjoy success, and you can bet Mike D'Antoni wouldn't rather have anyone else leading his troops.
Nash deserves every accolade he's received. He's proof that there are a number of ways to get things accomplished, and that in a time where athleticism and promise has become more important in finding players than simply just playing the right way, fundamentals remain the way to hang banners and win trophies. ...
