USA team nowadays is not a DREAM TEAM.
dapat gawin agreement ng USA with NBA...kung sino manalo sa NBA ALL STAR GAME sya ilalaban sa mga international games.

USA 111 Germany 68

Subsequent United States teams have had the "Dream Team" moniker attached, but they now typically feature middle-of-the-road NBA players, rather than an all-star team of the game's greats. This has led to increasingly less extraordinary performances (nearly losing to Lithuania at the 2000 Sydney Games, and being embarrassed into sixth place at the 2002 World Championships), so many regard such a moniker as no longer appropriate.

of course, some of them have valid excuses like injury (Kidd) or legal entanglements (Kobe), but what's Shaq's excuse? KG's? T-Mac? i can go on...
btw, that 1992 US men's basketball team in the Barcelona olympics is, in many people's opinion (including my own), the best team in the history of team sports

August 4th, 2004 01:14 PM #1608boo-hoo! security purposes my arse!
di ba jordan had the luxury of walking at barcelona's town proper early in the morning.
also mas nightmare-ish yata for any security
kung ang binabantayan mo si jordan/magic w/ HIV/bird, barkley
for Tmac alam niya na mahihirapan ang USA ngayon Olympics,
Shaq??? contract extension period, he will play if USA will pay him 30M
Vince? Kailangan tip top shape siya sa honeymoon niya.
KG? RIP? BIGBEN? declined.
why is michael redd not in the roster, kailangan nila ng perimeter shooters

Di rin excuse yung pagod... yao plays the whole year... hehe center pa sya!
What's a Ferio?
