Are Cateye and Topeak headlights waterproof? Nag ride kasi kami kahapon and malakas ang ulan. This morning, I checked my Cateye headlights and may tubig sa loob. Ok lang ba ito?

Also, meron bang saddle bag na waterproof? Yung Topeak saddle bag ko pinapasukan ng tubig, takot ako baka maagang kalawangin yung tools ko.

Marami din naman kasing models ng Shimano disc brakes, just like it's drivetrain: Deore LX, XT, XTR, etc. So the price would depend on the model.

I have a cateye for 3 years now, ok naman siya sa ulan wah lang magdidip as in submerged.

Use rechargeable by the way, it would save you a fortune.

Saddle bag are a traitor (for me) ilang beses na ako nalaglagan ng gamit dyan.
Belt bag with bottle cage holder is better.

Rust will always be there. Proper maintenance lang ang panlaban talaga.

Wala naman masyado, if your LOwest gear got a 34teeth (8 o 9 speed) Not much difference.

Remind you that biking should bring out the character in you. Not the bicycle

We ride through rain and mud with a lot of water splashes. Mahirap nang makakain ng putik

*boybi nice! i was expecting around 75k. you should've gotten hydro diskbrakes na, i spent abt 6300 o 6500 for mine-hone calipers, lx levers konti diff nalang sa mechanical eh but no rotors pa yun. water resistant naman yung cateye cyclometer ku, sa saddle bags naman iwater proof mu nalang gamit mu sa loob kasi walang waterproof nun, i usually put my spare, tire levers and tools there never wallet or cellphone

8 vs 9 speed naman, kung mostly road or light trail riding lang ok na 8 speed, i remember a friend saying when i took him trail riding na kala niya di ginagamit yung pang9th (lowest) na gear

I was thinking of getting the hydro brakes, but I'm keeping myself within my set budget mmmm, actually I overshoot my budget by 5K Galing pa sa hardtail ko yung saddle, seatpost, stem, mud guards, and cyclo computer

Mountain Biking...freespirited, and not-so-complicated fun
