boybi, then it should be the right size for you. compact yung design ng mga Giant frames, kaya siguro 19 yung sa yo. anyway, since nasa topic na tayo ng fitting, here are a few more basic fitting tips.

1) while seating on the saddle and your pedals are at the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions, your leg that is at the 6 o'clock position should have a slight bend, not locked and not straight. this will help prevent knee injuries.

2) while seating on the saddle and your pedals are at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions, your knee that is at the 3 o'clock position should just be over the ball of your foot (where the foot and toes connect).

2) while seating on the saddle, grab the handle bars. your back should not have any strains on it and your arms should be slightly bent. make adjustments to the seat, stem, and handlebar accordingly, but not to the extent where the pedaling position is compromised.

Maxxlite 310 tires review.....mabilis talaga!!! if you want speed these tires will increase your avarage speed, mine from 18.2 km/h last week to 19.6 km/h today in 34 km distance.

Too bad the Maxxis Maxxlite tires come only in one size.

mukhang madanda iyan .dagdag speed pa

Size 19" is considered Large. I don't know what size is oversized.

saan ba natin nga pwede makita ang mga exact measurement ng
standard size.oversize ,meron pa dati double oversize or over-oversize

ng bumili ako ng seat post .di ko alam sukat ng frame ng pagbibigyan ko naka dalawang beses ako bumalik sa bike shop

I have an old trek bike that i brought home from the states way back in 1994. Size 16 yung fram kasi grade 5 pa lang ako nun eh. Chro Moly frame siya. Ano na ba ang mga usong frame ngayon? I was thinking of getting a new frame and then ill just transfer all the other parts of my old bike to my new frame? Napanood ko kasi si jolas at si gary v sa tv, nag momountaing biking pala silang dalawa, nainspire ako.
