Eto sabi nya,

"Shimano Diore Grove set lang masasabi kong specs"

Baka ibig niyang sabihin "Shimano Deore Group Set" ;)

re the banaue-isabela trip, there will be times when kailangan isakay daw nating mga bikes sa taas ng jeepney...parang ayaw ko ata gawin yon. buti pa siguro may support vehicles tayo, para isakay ang mga bikes sa mga drop dead uphill sections ng trip.

wonder if we can get a few tsikoters who'll accompany us in their trucks

you're absolutely right max. the more i think about the banaue-isabel ride :worried: ...ehe-ehehehe

ok, what about montalban? every active mtb rider i've met says this trail is a must. while its not as great as it used to be (marami na daw paved sections), worth it pa rin daw at puede ka pa mag explore ng unbeaten tracks. regular si Milo doon at sabi niya, saturdays is more for the extreme riders and they are there to enjoy themselves to the max! sunday, pang bisita daw, and they do guided tours for the newbies. in our case, Milo will be the tour guide

BM & co., Max, Kimpoy, etc. etc., lets do Montalban on Sunday, the 14th. Let's set assembly at 07:30 - 08:00 to give Max & Kimpoy enough time to get to the rendezvous point. Milo will give us a look-over after the ride (about 3 hours) he'll know what to recommend for us in the future. (in other words, see how much trail we can take...yikes!) BM, put your nubbies back on and let's hit the trails!

what do you think guys? let's try and make this happen! put an established trail under our belts

pero tanong ko lang is there a place where i can park my car there? A safe place sana?

yes Max, there are options for us sa parking. i was told that merong safe parking near the start of the trail. palagi daw meron mga F150's, Troopers etc nag-papark doon at hindi naman ginagalaw. parang may bantay ata. i-confirm ko.

yung pics ni BM, sa Mt Makiling yun. gusto ko rin puntahan yun pero hindi pa ata ready si BM mag-organize

siya nang bahala doon, basta pupuntahan din natin yun :hippie: :bike:

max, i'm going to join the montalban guys this coming thursday for a test run on the same trail (i think), tapos ibalita kita kung anuman. parang wala pang ibang interested dito, pero ituloy ko pa rin ang balak ko sa 14th.

by thursday siguro, mas clear na kung sino ang mga interesado from here. tell me then kung interesado ka pa rin.

Yeah sure, ok lang sa akin.

Gusto ko lang malaman ilang Km ang haba at kung ilang oras. I have to be back kasi by 4pm dito sa Cavite. May hanapbuhay din kasi. Anung oras sa thursday? Try ko kaya sumama>?
