guys, am in Dumaguete right now, bak in mla tomorrow and nothing will stop me from biking sunday

but have to tell you, there are some very interesting hills and trails here for MTBs! really wish i had brought my bike with me. from a property of ours up in the hills, theres an 18 km trail to the twin lakes of balinsasayaw...very interesting!

wish i could bring you guys down here, as the lakes are a great camping site, where you have fog in the early morning covering these huge lakes...very tempting!!!

yung pinsan kong isa, matigas ulo. yun yung naoospital sa hika, ayaw pa magpa-check up. yun yung kakargahin nyo. haha. maganda naman yun eh. :D

guys,
Ted and I did 25km this morning. Had a great time once again. Feeling Lance Armstrong na kami hehe. Punta kayo next Sunday para we could talk about some out of town mountain biking trips in the future.
