Hello mga boss, bumili ako ng bike sa cartimar almost a month ago, suntour yung centro (quick release type),plato at shifters. binili ko ito as mall bike para hinde masayang ang gas running errands for the house.

tanong ko lang kung papano ba ang tamang pag lock nitong quick release ng gulong? kailangan mo bang iikot ng mahigpit bago mo i lock or hand tight lang then lock? kanina kasi paahon ako na puwersa yung gulong, ayun kumalas muntik na akong sumemplang buti natukod ko yung paa ko agad.

sorry mahabang storya, kung meron kayong alam na link for this things paki bigay na lang sa akin. so far nag eenjoy ako sa MTB na ito maski na cheap ang parts na nakakabit dahil laking tulong salamat and happy new year sa inyo.

Will go biking in a while. Estimated distance: 80+kms.

Last week naka 64kms kami, so far ito yung longest biking distance ko. Will try to break this today kung kakayanin

maganda and magaan ang L.G. robota mahal yan if you buy on-line or sa states...pero hindi fit sa head ko.

Here is my Fox Flux...better protection and and comfortable than my Giro Animas and Xen....pogi points plus 10

Just got home from the biking trip. Our last stop was lunch at Pancake's House.

    Total kilometers: 83kms

A lot of uphill (parang Baguio-Marcos Highway) climbs, around 25-35 degree inclines. I have to walk and push the bike in 2 of the climbs for around 100-200meters.

Mountain Biking...freespirited, and not-so-complicated fun
