Ganito ba talaga mga full suspension bikes? Kapag na-tono na yung RD, then pagsakay ko, nawawala lagi sa tono, so I have to adjust it manually while riding. Iniisip ko nahihila or nagiiba siguro yung tension ng cable once na nakasakay na ako since nagbebend yung rear part. Or baka kulang lang sa haba yung cable ko?

check the cable routing, once na pagsakay mu kasi may sag na yung rear suspension so kung mali cable routing nabebend agad, also check yung bent nung cable dun sa rd, if it's too bent you must install a cable tensioner as what wildthings says... err wait im not sure if we are pertaining to the same thing nakalimutan ku kasi tawag dun basta yung may roller din siya tulad nung rd, usually comes in color yellow or red

yup...yun nga "cable tensioner"...hindi ko lang matandaan kung saang website ko nakita yun... and I'm not sure kung available locally yun.

yup meron, most bike shops carry them but take note tho it might worsen ghost shifting

The united Nation has declared November 14 as "World's Diabetes Day". Philippine Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (PSEM) is joining the rest of the world in celebrating this important day.. PSEM has organized a Cycling fun ride highlighting Diabetes awareness and the importance of exercise not only as an important treatment mode but as an effective prevention tool against lifestyle diseases.

I hope we could all support this... This will be on November 11, 2007.

One Esplanade (SM Mall of Asia) up to QC Memorial Circle and back.

Assembly Time is 6:00 in the morning.

Registration is 50 pesos. But if you want the jersey as part of the PSEM's fund raising, Reg fee is 300 pesos.
