durability. for xc and trail biking kasi ok na yung folding, but for dh and aggressive di pwede folding.

you can deflate nonfolding tires till 20psi and still ride hard without worry of damage to your rims. di kasi pwede high psi pag aggressive riding, some even run as low as 15psi on their tires, i know i have

*ferdz, kings at quiapo and ross at cartimar still has the cheapest shimano components bnew

Grabe, more than 2 weeks akong hindi nagbike. This morning, nagbike akong magisa for 13kms. Hingal na hingal ako sa mga paakyat I was preparing for our regular trailing for tomorrow, ewan ko lang kung kakayanin ko, baka kapusin talaga ako ng hininga bukas

What do you mean by coil? You want to change the DHX Air to Coil? Why? What's the advantage of coil shocks?

    Pasali lang po
I'm interested on getting a trainer. I saw some in action sa Macapagal kanina (may event ata doon). Wasn't able to get a close look dahil nasa kotse kami.

In getting one, ano po dapat i-consider? Maingay ba siya (enough to annoy/wake up others sa gabi)? Tsaka may masusuggest po kayo na shop na nagtitinda nito? Balak ko kasi pag weekdays, mag indoor bike na lang sa bahay. I used to jog, pero masakit kasi sa tuhod.

yup dhx air to coil. according to reviews masresponsive daw yung coil sa small bumps and definitely can take bigger drops plus maspogi tingnan mas heavier lang by a couple of grams

*akosidags, it was selling for php129k at cycle option got it at a discounted price

*yaj, are you using mtbike or roadbike? there's a new kind of trainer kasi na you clamp the resistance at the rims, not at the tires. this is better since yung old one you have to use slick tires, di pwede may knobs dun sa roller. ok lang naman yung old type, tamad lang aku magpalit ng slicks to knobby tires and back so i use my road bike since nakaslicks na. tsaka napupudpud yung tires dun sa roller

when i do intervals (max spin at certain period) there's a moderate whirring sound made by the steel roller, kung ok insulation ng room mu, it wont bother other people naman, definitely wont be heard by your neighbor. but kung regular spin lang i can still watch tv
