    Stupid question: Bakit karamihan ng mga bikes na nakikita ko sa garage eh nakasabit sa itaas kapag hindi ginagamit lalo na pag winter? Para ma-maximize lang ang space ng garahe or could there be other reasons? Tapos kailang ko pa raw ideflate ang tires para raw hindi siya magiging brittle. Totoo ba ito?

    Mine hangs in the ceiling, For space saving reason.


    Ideflate? never heard of that.

    Sabi nila mas ok daw magraining sa Winter mas madali mapataas ang heart rate?

    yup for space saving lang naman

    *voltes_v, well i know extreme low temp will affect rubber talaga pero ideflate? bakit kaya? must have something to do with stretched rubber at very low temperature...makes it brittle? anyway mura lang naman interior kung masira hehe

    *maxbuwaya, alam ku training at high altitude will increase your max vo2, that's why most athletes train high up in the mountains kasi thinner oxygen, kaya pagdating sa lowlands were oxygen is more abundant mas malakas sila. problema lang dito pagsa baguio ka nagtrain pagdating sa race dito sa manila patay ka naman sa init, that's why i train at high temps din

    here's something interesting...
    you will slow at least one second per mile for every 1deg F (0.6deg C) increase in temperature above 60deg F (16deg C)

    guys, magandang araw sa inyong lahat. kelangan ko tulong nyo,saan ba maganda bumili shimano parts naghahanap kasi ako ng gear shifter yon shimano R770 para sa flat bar.plano ko kasi magbuo ng hybrid bike. salamat
