    Kaya hindi ko inaalis sa car ko yung helmet, para tuwing may ride, makalimutan na ang lahat hwag lang ang helmet.

    Ano ang top-normal at low-normal na RD? Alin dyan ang kapag nagdownshift ka papunta sa maliit na gear?

    top normal-means the derailleur rests at the granny gear kung di nakaattach or no tension sa cable ng rd. sa shimano shifter, pushing the big lever goes to high gear and the small lever to low gear

    low normal-means the derailleur rests at the highest gear if no tension is present at the cable. sa shifters, the big lever shifts to granny and small lever shifts to high gear

    may big debate dyan before kung anu mas ok. my ht is top normal, while my fs is low normal. since im using both bikes i always get confuse, kaso ngayun wala na fs ku kaya top normal nlang gamit ku

    Nabungi pala yung lower guide pulley ng RD ko. Safe pa kaya gamitin ito? Wala kasi stock yung bike shop dito.

    yung teeth ba nabungi? kung di nahamper chain roll ok lang yan but kung may sumasabit sa chain better find replacement.

    well actually, low normal was more used in the year 2004-2005 then shimano changed 2006 to top normal with plans of phasing out low normal rd's but for 2007 to 2008 dalawa na ginagawa nila uli, but i may be wrong though, baka may 06 na low normal

    Hindi naman na-hamper yung chain roll. Pero napapalitan ko na rin, nagkasya yung dura-ace na roller/pulley. Set sya (2pcs) binebenta, buti pumayag yung bike shop na 1pc lang kunin ko.

    After more than 1 week na pahinga due to my recent bike accident, back to biking ulit ako this afternoon
