Btw, how easy would it be to take a bike apart (para ipa-repaint), yung mga pedals at sprocket ba madali alisin kung newbie? Gusto ko sana down to the bare frame.

Hehehe. Thanks. I think I'll just leave the major bits to the expert. Gusto ko sana pagawang white yung Taiwan MTB ko dito. Sobrang basic, walang suspension, walang borloloy. hehehe. Yung mga tires street pattern pa. Nakakabanas yung ghost shifting.

to remove the fork, allen wrench lang kailangan, for the pedals (which is separate from the whole crankset-bottom bracket and plate/chain rings) open wrench lang but for the sprocket and crankset you'll need a special tool, i forgot what its called but it kinda looks like a nut na malaki, better nga kung sa bike shop nalang pabaklas and papaint
sa ghost shifting naman baka lang madumi na yung cables and yes the shifters is separate from the rear derailleur

special tools needed for:
1. bottom bracket
2. crankset, requires crank puller if square-taper type
3. headset remover to remove races from head tube
4. chain tool to remove chain
may also be difficult to remove brakes since they're thread locked.

hey!
just got a mountain bike (shipped from my relatives who didn't use it anymore). it says gt avalanche 2.0 on the frame (body), and uses shimano pedals ang gears. pero flat tire pa. and i got a helmet to boot.
i haven't biked in a while though. probably good to get my butt off the computer chair.
