Looking for not so expensive Mountain Bike

Magaan lang ang alloy. Useful for carrying your bike. Mas maganda magsama ka ng marunong para di ka maisahan. Make sure din na original parts ang nilagay. We only use Shimano parts kasi delikado ang mga china brands. Wag na wag ka magtitipid sa crucial parts because it can cost you your life (pag naaksidente ka because of cheap parts).

Kuha ka ng Shimano quickfire shifters. Tapos disc-brakes. Actually, lahat ng mga MTBs namin naka V-brakes pa rin pero gusto ko palitan ng disc kasi maganda hitsura but I don't know kung mas malakas ang ipit. Disc ready na kasi ang mga frames. We use Deemax rims, tapos Maxxis tires (yun kasi mura pero ang maganda Michelin/Bridgestone/Continental). Find a good seat. Ang seat namin mga MOB but it's not that good. Gusto ko kasi may spring, pero wala ako makuha na matino hitsura.

BTW, the best exercise is swimming. Ang hirap mag-bike dito sa Manila, masyado polluted. What we do is transport the bikes drive to UP Diliman/Tagaytay/Batangas and bike around the oval. The best place I've been into that's ideal for biking are Camiguin Island and Bukidnon. Fresh air, cool sea breeze, vast greens. Heaven.

Most bike frames sold now are made of aluminum.

Just go to King's Bike Shop in Quiapo, give your budget and they'll build the bike based on your budget for you.

Pano po ba magpost d2??? Magtatanong kc ako, pano mag upgrade ng mtb ko... Cheap lng ung bike ko kaya gusto ko i-upgrade.. Sa quiapo ko nabili disc brake . Alloy frame . 8k lng bili ko gusto ko sana i-upgrade ...

first you have to upload the picture sa photobucket.com.then punta ka sa dito sa post reply site ng tsikot.com then click yung add picture dito sa reply box (yung tapat ng forward arrow) then paste the IMG code you copied from photobucket...

newbie lang po kasi ako gusto ko sanang maging hobby ung mtbiker. gusto ko din sanang magcanvass ng bikes pero di ako umaasa na maganda talaga ung makukuha ko..budget ko lang kasi 8k below pwede na kaya un para sa beginner?sa tingin niyo po sa quiapo o sa cartimar not bad na po ba sa tingin niyo ung bikers na 7 to 8k?
