I had my BP taken at the clinic. It is 140/90. Oh my god! The nurse said I should be sleeping early because puyat is another cause of high BP. I'm very frustrated. I don't know why my colleagues here have high BP too. They do not seem to care about it.

August 23rd, 2016 12:15 AM #107hats off ako sa mga obese na pinipilit mag exercise, i know how hard it is to start, it really takes courage to go to a gym tapos pag tinitingnan ng tao, the ones that do brisk walking...na naka spandex..kahit baduy...thumbs up sa inyo...just stay consistent, small battles yan everyday, youll reach your goals someday...

You don't even need a gym. Just do a brisk walk in normal PH weather (hot n humid) and raise up a sweat. Stay out of air conditioned environments, drink plenty of water.
When I'm not exercising, I spend as much time as I can outdoors in 100 deg F weather.
Take a look in Google Maps all around Metro Manila. There aren't many obese Filipinos who are out on the street. Very few, in fact. I don't think it's a coincidence.
