He is more special to me than some of my relatives. Mga ibang kamag anak ko puro sama ng loob at problema binibigay sakin, si Dr Cutie has been nothing but good to me and my whole family kaya super attached ako and I am absolutely devastated with his passing. I have not mourned this bad since my maternal lola passed in 2006. Also all doctors are NOT created equal and he is really excellent. I don't even want to type in past tense talking about him, di ko matanggap.

a textbook description of a real heart attack, is the nebulous "feeling of impending doom".
that is, if you don't lose consciousness first.
of course, there's that chest "discomfort", which can range from fullness to outright pain. some patients claim they "felt nothing".
and the discomfort does not go away, no matter what one does.
or it can go away. but it comes back.

there are many people walking around, not knowing that they had a heart attack.

Yesterday morning, I woke up feeling dizzy. Mild vertigo. I took my BP & it was 122/70 something. My heartrate was really low, 50 bpm. Maybe that’s why. I rested the whole morning & after a while, was back to normal bp of around 115 & hr of high 50s. No dizzy. Spells anymore.

Do you suffer from hyperacidity? Do you drink coffee? Brewed or instant?

"heart attack" is the street name for "myocardial infarction" or MI.
"arrhythmia" is a disruption in the heart's normal rhythm. it is called "fatal arrhythmia" if it causes death.
a common cause of fatal arrhythmia is MI or heart attack.

Sobrang effective pineapple juice + banana + cardio exercise and only eating 2 meals per day.
