recently had a physical exam ... and was told by the doctor to lose some weight. He suggested going to the gym ... but because of a hectic work schedule I've been looking for alternatives.

In my case... since kailangan talaga mag-gym...
Sinanay ko sarili ko na sa umaga before work...
Kapag after work kasi (or lunch break) ang dami ko nang palusot.
At least sa umaga para matapos na

minimize stress - job related stress are my common enemies
move more - i'm the active type, i move whenever i can
limit social media - i frequent YT and tsikot nowadays[emoji4] FB very seldom, just checking what the kids are up to
stop smoking - i did, went cold turkey
have more s3x - i wish i could[emoji85]
eat lots of fiber - i love gulay
be concious of what you put in your mouth - i cut the simple sugar recently and trying the ketogenic diet.
count your blessing and let go of all negativity - i will [emoji120]
