What's the real score with these food supplements? Are there any conclusive reports/findings on their effectiveness? They're suppose to help protect your vital organs when taken. I'd like to try it, having personally seen people suffering from liver, kidney illnesse. BUT not if these have no effects really(psychological only? hehe), and are only products to take advantage of our desire to avoid these illnesses to our vital organs.

Any comments? Lalo na sa mga doctors in the house.

my mom is forcing me to take "TAHEEBO" and "CIRCULAN". i have been taking it for i think 3 months already. i do not notice any improvements or any effects on me.

IMO, i do not believe these food supplements are necessary. kung hindi lang dahil sa nanay ko hindi ako iinum nito eh.

i think these supplements are only for old people hehehehe. BTW im only 23.

The right question would be, are you willing to bet your life on these products?

supplements have very little effect coz of the low dosages.

when u take therapeutic dosages, then u will feel the effects.

Like if u take vitamin C in gram dosages (like 5 grams a day or higher, to the limit of bowel tolerance) u will feel something hehe

just look at those tiny amounts contained in fitrum or kidney care

Fitrum has a tiny amount of L-carnitine. Ano effect nyan?

Try taking 2 grams of L-carnitine a day, u will feel something.

Or the tiny amount of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) in kidney care.

Try taking 1,200mg of NAC a day, tataas ang glutathione level mo.

Food suplements(LiverAid, KidneyCare, etc.), your take?
