    10 calories don't matter. I suggest you hit the gym. Burn the calories...improve your metabolism. After 2-6months your BP and heart rate should lower.

    ^^^ I work on an oil rig bro, all your time in the gym won't even come close to my wrench time. I think it's in my genes.

    Not sure what physical work you do sa oil rig bro yebo pero baka more of anaerobic exercises yan rather than cardio talaga.

    Have you tried running/biking/swimming?
