used to smoke 2 friggin packs a day when i still played darts. then i tapered off to 1 pack a day. i totally quit 6 months ago coz i was beginning to show signs of emphysema. ive been smoking for 11+ years na. Withdrawal symptoms were bad. Id cough up gray phlegm every morning for two weeks (graphic ba? hehehe)

BUT NOW............. ang sarap ng feeling ng non-smoker!!!! I wonder why i got into the habit in the first place. Peer pressure talaga heheheh :D

My advice to those who wanna quit---> JUST QUIT!!!

Wag dahan-dahan. Willpower lang. And dont make an excuse to smoke like "Ok lang coz gimmick naman". Like i said, Just Quit :D

Save your lungs dudes and dudettes! Search the net, tignan nyo itsura ng lungs ng smoker --> Pitch Black! (compared to normal lungs na pink yung tissue)

smoked cigarettes for 6 mos noong 1999...pressure kasi sa dating job (helped me release tension)....ngayon bihirang-bihira na (bawal din kasi sa station he he..)
