Last February 2020 ako nagpalit ng insulin at tablet. Kase napinsan ko hinde na effective ang metformin at ung lumang insulin ko na hinde ko na maalala ang name.

I do 30min tread mill from Monday to Friday, at plenty of walking going to work, and vise versa.

Doctors prescription yung Metformin.
The doctor never really told me that i was classified as prediabetic or if i am considered a diabetic na but i have all the predisposing criteria to get Diabetes plus i did have 2 FBS samples that was on the diabetic level before. i will ask her on my next appointment. haha

BTW i did tell my doctor that i would usually skip my metformin before any anticipated exercise but she did tell me that it won't affect my glucose/energy level during exercise.

I’m getting them from lazada sir.

Ampalaya Plus ok din since it has ampalaya, banaba and turmeric on a 550mg capsule. You can take it 3x a day. Ako kasi gusto ko tig 500mg per herbal supplement. I do take it 2x a day (per herbal supplement). Those are for my blood sugar control. Depende din kung “hiyang” sayo.
