i know of a few pinoys that were vaccinated with moderna and pfizer in the US. very few side effects sa kanila. mostly pain in the injection site and one got a bit dizzy a few hours after the shots but disappeared with rest.

good luck with herd immunity
the virus is evolving faster than we can vaccinate people
soon the more transmissible variants (UK, Brazil, South Africa etc) will become the globally dominant variants
those variants are also less susceptible to antibodies of previously infected people
meaning the virus may also be less susceptible to antibodies generated by first generation vaccines

Also watching Singapore. Almost the same population size as Israel, same geographic parameters, and now ramping up vaccination - S'pore plans for more than 3 new Covid-19 jab centres as it ramps up vaccine drive , Singapore News & Top Stories - The Straits Times
If Singapore succeeds and allows travel there for vaccination/vacation, that is an option
