Let me repost some of the post in San Beda Red Lion's page. I'm a Bedan BTW.

Coach FL in his interview sa ANC. Here's what happened daw.

1. The men's VT shouted racial slurs to Ola.
2. Ola mentioned the incident to Coach FL.
3. Coach FL approached the men's VT. At this point, mainit na daw ang both sides.
4. Coach FL asked one Baste player to call the coach.
5. Coach FL told Goyareb na ayusin niya yung gulo na sinimulan ng players niya.
6. Nagsisigaw daw si Goyareb and he turned his back on FL habang minumura nito si FL.
7. FL followed Goyareb to confront him. Goyareb turned to FL and threw a punch at FL.
8. Chaos followed.

Here's a tip - know what happened first and don't rely on what you read on Twitter.

First of all, it's not the whole Red Lions vs the Lady Stags as reported on Twitter. It all started when the Men's VT of Baste said a racial slur directed at Ola, not knowing that he can understand Tagalog. Things got heated between Coach FL and Coach Gorayeb of the Lady Stags. Of course, we all know that Coach FL is like a Dad and let's face it, it's a stupid racist remark especially since they're in OUR HOME.

It was a fight between men. Punches were thrown between Coach Gorayeb and a Red Lion player and unfortunately, some Lady Stags were caught in the crossfire. It's not true that the Red Lions beat up the Lady Stags. On the contrary, almost all the Red Lions were just trying to stop the fight.

IMO both teams ang mali dito.

First, racial discrimination and insult is different. And insulting a Nigerian "Unggoy" is not right lalo na kapag naglalakad ka lang then sigawan ka AT YOUR OWN HOME. Stags went to the Lion's den and throw racial slur at our player, clearly, your looking for trouble. Parang ang ginawa nila bumisita ka sa bahay ko tapos babastusin mo ko, ano gusto mo maramdaman ko, matuwa?

But to be fair, it's not right na magsimula ng gulo out of those things. FL reacted as a father to the team and he didn't threw the first punch, its Goyareb.

Anyways, may CCTV sa gym and siguro irerelease ito soon para magkaalaman na.

Hindi mayayabang ang players ng SBC I know them personally and they are very approachable meron siguro mangilang ngilang but hindi "lahat".

Ewan ko kung pano magiging aksyon ng NCAA dito kasi and pinaka involved is Coach FL, Goyareb, and Dave Marcelo. Siguro masususpend si FL at Goyareb. Ewan ko kay Dave, kasi wala narin naman siya sa Red Lion's next season dahil ggraduate na.

Mali ang both teams. Naging bad guest ang Baste and naging bad host naman ang alma-mater ko San Beda. But still base dun sa mga nakakita, Yung Goyareb nga ang unang nanuntok. And hindi buong RL ang involved umaawat lang yung iba its D. Marcelo na gumugulpi, tapos si Goyareb humingi ng tulong dun sa players niya then ayun, nadamay na sila but walang sumuntok sa kanila bigla silang humarang at kita naman sa pic. Yung babaeng humahawak sa kamay ni Marcelo #10 yun ung babaeng nagkablackeye.

Kawawa nga, mga salita ng salita di naman alam ang "tunay" na nangyari, yan ang hirap sa school na sikat or on top or champion, lahat ng team, school na nasa baba nila hihilahin sila pababa. CRABS.

Goodluck sa RL's sa game nila sa monday. Mukang di ata lalaro si Lanete dahil sa injury nya nung nasa Sinag Pilipinas.

Extra security needed and stricter calling of fouls para hindi lumala at walang magka-ideya na manakit.

I'm more incline to believed the account of the sports writers who covered the game. they were saying it was virtually lions vs the LADY stags...

sabi nun sinapak na babae, maitim na kulot yun sumuntok sa kanya, baka yun tinawag na unggoy...hehehe

^ i think she was referring to the sbc behemoth dave marcelo. i'm basing that on the pics because it seems that ola (the subject of the alleged racial slur) was nowhere gorayeb when the beat down began

but then again i'd have to agree w/ the let's-all-wait-for-the-cctv-footage plea by lanete - which by the way has yet to be released by bedan school officials.

pero dapat i-release na iyan para maparusahan ang dapat maparusahan at hindi pa lumala ang gulo pag dating ng pccl semis
