Is there anything better than C-Lium?

True to my kuripot ways, i'm looking for a cheaper alternative. A box of C-Lium 30's(5g each) works out to (Php 375 / 30 / 5 ) Php2.50 per gram. They used to sell it in bulk, but i'm having trouble finding them.

There's an alternative brand, Megafiber, but based on my calculation C-Lium is cheaper pa din.

Mga sir, para saan ba ang gamit ng fiber supplement? Ang alam ko, para sa cure ng consti. If that's the case, eat ripe papaya instead. I had a bout of consti for several weeks. Kumain ako ng kalahating papaya, solved/success! Walang sinabi ang brain entrainment o TENS device. At halos libre pa. hehe

And to think na oorder sana ako ng gamot sa europe, 50 pesos lang, ayos!

In my case dinadamihan ko lang veggies ko for dinner (sometimes veggies lang talaga hapunan ko) para walang problema sa bowel movement
