    Hi rpm,

    The use of aromatic plant extracts and essential oils in massage or baths...Better try it, kung mura lang, at ikaw na ang magmasahe...If severe like arthritis, better consult the doctor not quack doctor.

    I'm interested with its alleged benefits like stress reliever, relaxation, and help with sleeping.. but do you happen to know any shops that sells pure essential oils locally? thanks
