waste of time and money...ayaw nila ng foreign coach but hanap sila foreigner na player para ma naturalize....haaay labo!

All of our asian neighbors are looking to the west..euro football...tayo east pa rin basketball nba style...Pinoys love basketball but sorry...di tayo mahal ng basketball.

Us filis are predominantly small... with football (soccer) you can come from any background, be of any size, speak any language and be successful in the game.

One of the most successful club teams of recent years is BARCELONA from Spain - it is well known that they are quite a small team and played silky football with their great short passing abilities.

Maybe we need to follow suit and promote the game of football here rather than be one track minded with basketball.

Reality check na dapat ito. Even if the best Phil players are sent to intl. competitions, they will still be no match to Iran, Jordan and China. Kulang na nga sa height at talent, they cant even motivate themselves to win games after losing to Jordan. At least for pride and country na lang sana they played hard to win.

E kung ganyan,- e di umasa na lang tayo sa wala....Hindi puro kiaw kiaw lang ang mga sports officials..... We need to use our heads, not our hearts if we want to win and be recognized in international competitions..... That is the sad reality that we have to realize.....

So true.

At the end of the day, there's nothing wrong with being bad at basketball, at least they represented the nation at an international event. But what I do find disturbing is the fact that we included imports in our team and still failed miserably.

Why do we have to resort to imports to form a starting 5?
