if the TV will be brought home to PH as a check-in luggage, i think it will be fine, but be ready to pay the excess baggage weight (32-inch = 20kg++ na) and the tax (at pampadulas sa customs).

if the TV will be shipped via balikbayan box, pwede din, provided you get some insurance against damage, loss, etc.

tama si boss staind, make sure your unit is capable of 50-60Hz input, check if it has international warranty and if there's a service center in PH. considering these factors, just compute if its worth the price of getting the Tv abroad or just buying it in PH and save you all the hassles.

Usually naman yung mga Japanese/Korean brands 110/240V at 50/60 Hz ito. At may international warranty rin sila.

Basta may pera, sa atin na lang bumili, di ka pa kakaba-kaba sa shipment.

Since more than Half yung savings abroad (sometimes 1/4th) and the probability of your unit bogging down so quickly is too low anyway, buying another unit if and when your unit bogs down isn't really that much of a concern.
