Im not sure if Im going to change my default browser for my home PC. Nag-search ako sa net at ito ang nakita ko. Im using IE ( at the office & home). I also tried FF sa internet shops. But as BlackViper said, every software has the same claim- Faster and better... some are just marketing dribbles.
    Any advice fellow tsikoteers? TIA.

Installed FF & GC tonight. I feel these two are faster than IE7. First time ko rin nakapag-browse at nakapagpost dito sa tsikot ng ganitong time. With IE7, I only get "The page cannot be displayed". Also using Sun Broadband prepaid only with initial load na .... 1-day unlimited...

Firefox 3.6 and Chrome 4.0, both are in beta. Ever since I upgraded to Windows 7 parang mabagal mag load and FF so now i'm trying Chrome which loads so much faster, way faster than I thought it would be. Also at 4.0 meron na rin mga extensions at themes ang Chrome, I also like the clean and simple interface. I voted for FF since it is what we usually use here at home. I disabled IE8.

Firefox user din. Google Chrome claims to be faster but no plans to migrate yet.

    Firefox user...

    Anyone tried "Seamonkey" internet browser?

I have tried Google Chrome browser... it can be quick but it lacks many of the tools and options that I normally use.

Was a firefox user myself for years but ever since I read that it is the most vulnerable of the browsers, i switched to chrome. I miss adblock in firefox, but there is a somewhat equivalent extension in chrome - 'adthwart'.
    still adjusting to chrome though.

    * Tailhook, meron din adblock ang Chrome but I believe you have to update to 4.0 which is still in beta phase. It is exactly the same as in FF.

I use Firefox 3.6 for both my laptop and desktop, but have Chrome 3.0 installed as well.

Simply, I got used to Firefox and I believe it's the most user friendly of them all. I like its interface more than Chrome. But I've observed Chrome to be faster in terms of start-up time. Much faster. Even after I've cleared my Firefox cache, Chrome still starts up faster. With that said, I still prefer Firefox.

been to firefox, safari and chrome already. IE6/7/8/9 you can't uninstall naman so backup browser na lang. been using opera for quite a while now, though. i just feel it has the smallest footprint of these browsers, and responsive din naman. haven't really done a proper comparison though.

try google chrome extensions in the chrome store. some are pretty useful also namely adblock, speed dial and the gmail icon.
tested both firefox and chrome with the latest updates and chrome still emerged as the fastest; but by only some seconds though.

firefox gets my vote for overall performance. however, chrome is the fastest i've tried. but downside is that the latter lacks the plugins that i use from time-to-time.
