Ah... If I may say so, get a proper handheld thermometer or a contactless thermometer, whichever is most appropriate. A smartphone can never replace professional measuring instruments, especially if your job depends on it. For one, the smartphone itself is a source of heat and can easily influence its own sensor. And if you store them in your pocket, it picks up and store your body heat as well and can take a while for it to dissipate.
Contactless/IR thermometers are like P500-1k. I have one and I've used it to measure the air temp that comes out of the A/C vents. To measure the room temp and humidity, I have an Acurite model 00613.
Also, comfort is not just about the temperature. Humidity plays a big part too. Even if the temp is at 24C but the humidity is high, it will slow down the evaporation of your sweat, making you feel stuffy and humid. The reverse is also true... at 28C will feel like 24C if the humidity is kept below 35%.
Sorry for the OT.

I have a fluke with a k-type sensor. The note3 had a temperature sensor that was somewhat accurate. For hvac testing I proved it worked somewhat perfectly.
