Have it serviced Sir. Avoid changing the dial, hands as the value will be much lower if those are replaced with new ones. Just have them cleaned.

If the scratches on the steel bracelet bother you, have it lightly polished, or replace with a leather band instead (it will look great on leather, I assure you). But avoid/minimize polishing the case as doing so will drop its value. As mentioned by others here, Collectors consider the old scratches as patina, and it gives the watch its character. [emoji4]

Thanks you. I plan to have it serviced soon & wii take up your suggestion of changing the bracelet. It will really look good as a dress watch with itís smallish dial. I am thinking of that service center in the service town of the ATC. Are they any good? Credible reputation?

    Thanks po Sir BlancNoir.

The Reverso is my favorite dress watch (even if it was originally designed as a sports watch). And because the Tribute Duo can do 2 time zones, I also like using it during travel.

I also like one of the watches you recommended in your previous posts too - the Nomos Tangente. Simple, classic, manual winding. I have 2 Nomos, a Tangente Sport and a Club Nomos, and I enjoy them a lot too.

    heh heh.

i have a mint-condition orient ocean star classic, that i don't use, for fear of wearing and tearing it.
i am wondering why i bought it, in the first place, kung hindi ko pala gagamitin.

Nice watches you have there Doc.

Hmmm. Sometimes, I guess we buy watches just because we like how they look? [emoji3526]
