last time i went to asiatique, tourist prices were 10-15K local currency.
haggle some, then walk away and shouted price dips to 5-7K.
i am confident, it may still dip, with some spirited haggling.

Its definitely not AP RO.

Some are saying its Bigbang which it isnt also.

A friend though said its a Gshock, higher end. On some pics with differnt angle, it loks like it.
