King, this Seiko is so elegant as well! I don't know why your Orient reminded me of it. Pareho pala sila ng time (looks like a teardrop)

    seiko owns orient.
i guess, the designers share some... things... in the back room.

but as my pessimist friend says,
"they can design only so many variations of a clock face.."

"i am confident, neither seiko nor orient would put it that way."
"different." i guess the proper word is "different".

seiko owns so many non-timepiece-related institutions.

I agree....it's the Cocktail Time line of the Presage collection of Seiko's dress watches! They're more expensive than my Bambino...I mean, just look at the texture of that dial!

Haha! Uy, the skin didn't come with the watch! Hehe!

Yeah that Seiko dial looks mesmerizing.

If skin like that can be bought, I would be first in line. LOL! BTW, nice porma too

i like it bro. its dial w/ the mixture of arabic numerals/numbers and roman numerals is quirky enough not to be too formal for a dress watch. the suede strap also lessens the stiff formality dress watches seem to have - for me anyway - making it pretty versatile.

btw, aside from the striking orange second hand, another beauty and unique feature of this particular model is that it sports a roman numeral typography of IV and not the usual IIII representation w/c watches and clocks traditionally use.

i say go for it bro.

just to add, the german made nomos brand isn't common among folks around these parts so that'll definitely add to the novelty
