I have the bracelet adjustment set from JW Horological Gallery. For watches like say Tissot, Seiko I can do a strap change/bracelet adjustment fairly easily. But other watches have really stiff spring bars and much tighter tolerance/clearance.. I'm afraid to scratch the lugs if I slip.

i have an old g-shock, from back when they still made them in stainless steel.
tough as nails, and just as heavy as several four-inchers.
but hey! i can wear it under my barong-ed sleeve.
