Di ko naman kasi super gusto ng rolex so di ko hinahanaphanap. The only luho I have would be a nice car so I would rather go for that. 400k saved from a Rolex is 400k extra for a nicer car.
Land in Manila isn't getting any cheaper so the earlier you can get a house, the better. Prices of toys don't appreciate as much as land, not even Rolexes.

Thought of that before. Buy a Rolex now - sell when I need the money to buy a car. But I realized that prices are already high now and aren't likely to appreciate much now that supply and demand has normalized a bit.
And most likely I'll ding the watch if I wear it so bababa value. It's not a bubble I think, just a very big wave of inflation. I don't think prices will drop especially as SRP has caught up with grey market prices.

Garmin Fenix 3 HR smartwatch. Bought for my biking activities and occasional golfing but ended up being used as my daily watch. More than a year old but battery is still excellent. Single charge will last more than a week of use.
