Wanted: Universal remote control for Aiwa TV

If you have first hand information or actual use on your own Aiwa brand tv please let me know what brand of universal remote control can access Aiwa TV set. My tv model is F2500. I tried RCA and Sony universal remote control but not of use. Thanks in advance.

i think you can purchase a universal remote at raon, even those made in china has specification on what particular brand of tv set would it work

May I ask where did you purchase your Aiwa TV?

This is because if it was purchased from Europe (and if this is so, I assume that this is multisystem since it works here),- then, the universal IR remote controllers that you can buy here in Asia will most probably not work for it, as it has a different set of database for the controls....

It was sold here locally and yes, MTS. Your assumption could be correct hence RCA and Sony brand are not compatible. So where can we purchase europe made IR remot controller. With cable TV, surfing and changing channel without a remote control is really a problem. SOS please. Thankls

meron mga universal remote na may scan feature kaya kahit wala sa brand list nila, gumagana pa din

im using a jensen brand(generic) pero ok naman..

dami nagtitinda ng remote sa greenhills, tutuban, raon, etc. ask mo lang aiwa na remote. P100 lang bentahan nila nyan.

Aiwa yung TV ko sa probinsya. Pag luwas ko dito sa Manila may nakita ko kamukhang kamukha pero JVC ang tatak.

Related ba ang dalawang companies na ito?

Up to now wala pa rin ako ma scout na remote control. Yes marami sa greenhills ( looks like used but branded tv remote pero wala katulad na model). I tried using the aiwa tv remote of my office mate to check if all aiwa have the same code but wont work sa tv model ko.
