    Late last year, several news releases about the profit of these two TELECOM GIANTS as in at least up 15-20% net profit daw yata on 2004 compared to 2003.

    An interview from a Globe spokesperson stated in the midst of the this SUN CELLULAR issue is that hindi daw sila profitable since they still have loans for the infrastructure they have built.

    Naiintindihan ko na they make these quarterly/annual reports. They try to make it known how their companies are doing, in turn, to attract more investors and buy their stocks. But were they even accurate about net profit na sinabi nila after claiming all these na hindi pala sila profitable kasi nagbabayad pa raw ng utang and make this as an excuse for basis of the argument in the middle of the SUN CELLULAR issue?! Parang untimely naman yata at lumabas na rin ang katotohanan na hindi pala sila profitable that much as what they would like the public perceive these telecoms to be.

    So,the question now is, ARE THEY or ARE THEY NOT PROFITABLE?

    Personally, I really don't care if they are or not profitable, as long as the consumers will ultimately be the ones who will benefit from this issue.

    Ilan na ba ang subscribers sa SUN? anyone know? Affected talaga sila ha, papano pa yan kung nagexpand and nag improve pa ang service ng SUN? Dapat long term din ang mga plano ng Globe and Smart di lang 30 days na promo, wala rin silang makukuhang subs, or after the 30 days babalik din lahat sa SUN....
