Home DSL plans don't have CIR. That's usually for Business DSL connections only.
And from experience, more than your broadband plan's promised burst rate, it's your location that determines what your usual internet speed will be.
I have a 3 mbps connection, and I get 3 mbps 90% of the time. My girlfriend has the same connection but mostly gets 768 kbps only.

I welcome the US$1B investment to the country. It will produce jobs and contribute to our economy. I also welcome additional players to keep the existing telcos on their toes. I'm a little bit skeptical about the deployment of a wireless infrastructure as a new player in the field. Where will Telstra focus? City-centric where the data/voice traffic is? Or in the outskirts where the growth areas are? Provincial? It will take a couple of years depending on how their deployment will be executed before they get their acts right. Connecting a backbone and deploying wireless point to multi-point infrastructure, creating a billing system, organising technical and customer service, etc, etc will take quite some time. Good luck to Telstra and San Miguel on this new venture.

Ang sabi pa worth 17k daw yung tablet pero they will just charge us for 7k and staggard payment depende sa ibabayad namin monthly. Then ipinatanung ko kung anung brand, and sabi ng csr Wave daw dipa nailailalabas sa market by nextyear pa daw and kitkat daw yung version. Sobra pa sa tanim bala itong ginagawa nila, tanim bagal for 2 years ka mag suffer sa LTE nila na supposed tobe Long Term Evolution yun pala Long Term suffering. Just sharing po....

3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
