At this range, puro no-frost lang ata mabibili.
If you'd like to add 10K to that, meron ka nang Inverter Panasonic na bottom drawer type ang freezer. Make sure to get the one na LED lit, yun ang mas bago. Although in my opinion, pareho lang sila nung pinalitan nyang model na lamp naman..
If Anson will give you like 5k in discounts sa lamp-lit, you should take it tapos palitan mo na lang ng LED yung ilaw.
I'm not sure kung Inverter-Eco Navi na yun, but if you can get that, mas ok un may Eco Navi. Ito yung may AI logic. It learns and adopts to your usage.
Ok sana yung technology ng LG na Linear compressor kaso equipped models start at 129K. I don't think I'll ever buy a ref that expensive (although I'm open to gifts). hehe
from experience, madali masira ang Samsung na ref (we had one before and it lasted mga 2yrs lang, nasira ang caja. LG naman, ang tagal nung no frost namin na 21cu dati (at my parents house). Nainip na lang sila sa tagal masira. They're now using Sharp (no frost).
For my own house, Panasonic (it's hard to convince my wife to try non-mainstream brands).
panu ba yun inverter type at non-inverter?

Parang dekada ata inabot.
That's the problem with keeping appliance too long. Since every year, may development for newer, more efficient operation, lugi ka in the long run kasi mataas cost of operation nya.
I reckon that it's a must, to change ref (and most appliance for that matter) every 5 years, to 8 years tops. Nowadays, a Split-AC 1hp consumes 600w+ (LG Inverter DL). It would be a dream kung mapapababa yun at 100w.
A current model Sony 46" TV is rated at 108w. A few years ago, a Sony 32 is rated at 160w. I won't be surprised if I start seeing 55" TVs consuming 30-50w in a couple of years.

Tapos tumataas pa din Meralco bills inspite all that technology. You know what Tingen ko Alam naman Ng Meralco na tipid mga appliance ngaun pero kunwari kesyo kulang pa daw supply-an manila ka-ekekan. Gusto Lang talaga nila Hindi bumaba singil nila
Kung ako nga eh, 2 years ago I ditched my desktop PC, this year I rarely plug-in my laptop, my iPad has almost 8 hours battery life, my Iohone the same life. Eto na Lang gamit daily at home for computing / surfing needs. I have Panasonic inverter ref and air conditioning. I ditched my DVD / CD players. What I have is a KTC 40" led tv with built In USB player ( ******* movies). I ditched my stereo component, I use Soundfreaq Bluetooth speakers na playable sa iPhone, iPad ko with FM tuner na yan
I am currently replacing my condo light bulbs to led, even my emergency light is LED.
