Update ko lang ito. Good news: I have my new account number, got it from logging in to the BDO site.
BAD NEWS: May debit ako na tseke, with a check number that is not in the series of my existing checks. Either nagkamali sila or na-sindikato ako. I hope it's the former. Problema pa weekend ngayon at ngayon ko lang na-check after a month.

Update ko lang din....
Bw*set talaga iyang BDO-EPCIB merger.
EPCIB account holder ako 'dati' (dahil ngayon BDO na nga) and I can access my account through the internet without any issue then...
Almost a month na,- hindi pa rin ako maka-access ng aking account sa internet kahit nag-submit na ako ng lahat ng kanilang requirements!!!
Grabe talaga at walang maitulong ang Branch Manager ng EPCIB (ngayon BDO na) dito sa isa nilang branch sa Metro Manila!!!
Paano na kung nagbabayad ako ng mga utilities, insurance et al using their internet facility? Napaka-inconvenient dahil lang sa kapalpakan nila....
Buti na lang at may bpiexpressonline....Whew!
