Thrustmaster T300RS Ferrari Integral edition, paired with Thrustmaster TH8A shifter.
Feels much more realistic than the G29. Force feedback is more precise, shifts are more solid vs the plasticky feel of the Logitech shifter. The pedals though aren’t much of an improvement over the already good pedals of the G29.
The G29 is a great starter wheel and should be good enough for 80% of all sim racers. But if you’re the type who wants a bit of extra, the T300 is a great midrange choice.

Yes, reusing my old Playseat Challenge parin.
Very stable the wheel and pedals. The shifter may konting wobble - I’m using the mount designed for the lighter Logitech shifter, but since the TH8A is much bigger, there’s a bit of play. It doesn’t cause misshifts naman so still very useable.

Relocated my shifter, more road car, less racecar position.

May 25th, 2021 07:06 PM #556Anyone using this brand of racing cockpit? Torn between the Playseat Challenge and the NLR GT-Lite/F-GT-Lite. Already got a no-brand racing wheel stand but very wobbly during frantic twisties.

I have a Playseat Challenge. I considered FGT Lite but it takes up more space kasi.
Advantage of FGT Lite is more customizability, but the Playseat Challenge is already very good out of the box, very ergonomic and everything was well thought off. Tapos super bilis lang ng set up and folding. Easily storable.

Went for a playseat challenge as the setup of the FGT lite looks tedious

May 26th, 2021 06:08 PM #560Went for the GT-Lite (not the F-GT). My back sweats during drives so the Challenge will be hot for me.
