    pag ayaw... microsoft outlook try mo.. just to isolate na rin if its an issue with outlook express.. tsk tsk

    Try mo i-google error number, then sa list puntahan mo website ng microsoft support since outlook yan. May mga option na pagpipilian, just do try all options available, hopefully ma-solve problem mo.

    Guys!

    I made it worked!

    Went to tools, accounts , properties and select the servers tab. Checked "My outgoing mail server requires authentication"...Select "settings" and select "use same settings as my incoming mail server".

    i tried sending a test mail and it went trhough!....

    Thanks for the idea Nic!...and thanks to the other guys who bothered to help.
