    It IS network dependent. Ang masaya diyan hindi compatible ang Ericsson and Nokia PTT models.

    Pero mas ok ang Ericsson kasi they will conform to the upcoming PTT specs as specified by OMAP.

    Smart will be the first to come up with PTT, but of course the pricing wil be higher than SMS, but definitely lower than voice.

    Personally, its a nice to have gadget especially the GPS function but if you aren't the outdoors kind of person, its simply more of a toy than anything else.

    The N6230 has more useful toys for the urban dweller than the N5140.

    No idea of the retail price though.

    I have one. Hungary made. It's a great fone. Nasagi ng friend ko habang nag-te-text ako, humagis ng 6 feet sa ere at bumagsak. Buo pa. Ilang beses ko na ring sinagot kasi may tumatawag sa akin at ito'y habang naliligo.

    Daming features. Ang di mo lang magugustuhan ay mababa ang screen quality niya pag kumuha ka ng video or images. PERO, pag nilipat mo sa 6600 ang images na kinuha mo mula sa 5140, ang ganda ng pix!

    15-18k ++ ang presyuhan. Yung 15k, made in China tapos iba-iba na lang ang warranty nila kaya ganyan ang mga presyo. Nabili ko sa akin sa ABC store, Robinson's Manila for 16k with one year warranty on parts.

    I have a 6800 before it didn't last a year. Nasira dahil nabasa ko ang keypads. My 5140 is almost two months old, so far so good and it's blue. Yeah!

    yup..bunny is correct with regards to price.... n5140 is a nice phone for the outdoor type of person. Feature wise, better get another phone. one thing that you should know about this phone is the PTT feature.... watch out for this feature.... (move out nextel, some meaning is coming to get you) bhahhahahaha
