Honestly, I haven't thoroughly checked it out. Installed it kasi in our condo unit in Manhattan Parkway, at mid-February pa kami lilipat dun. Flicker-free ang 3D niya since it uses passive lenses.. But I've tried watching several 3D movies (SBS format) and I'm not that impressed. Maybe I'll try to watch a Blu-Ray 3D movie so I can compare.

Just buy what you can afford now tapos upgrade ka na lang later.
Kasi meron din bago, yung IGZO type panels. Mas maganda sa LED panels at mas matipid sa corriente.
Kakahintay kasi, wala ka mabibili nyan. Personally, I'd still go with Sony Bravia mid-range models or LG.

*TS,
Nakabili kami sa SM ng bagong labas na Sharp 46" Quattron LED 3D version at 50% discount with Bluray player and two pairs of original Sharp 3D glasses last month lang. Ang normal price is about Php120K. Why 50%? Kasi yan yung display nila. Sabi ng sales staff, about 3 months sya on display. Bago pa syempre and of course covered sya ng full warranty since binili namin. So parang warranted na sya for 15months.
Ang advantage ng naka display, naka burn-in na sya. Kung may mga sira man, lalabas yan during the burn-in period. Pwede mo itanong sa mga sales staff kung meron for sale na display units.

Yup, magkaiba pa sila. Twice na kong nakakabili ng TV sa Shang at doon talaga ang murang mga TV with local warranty. Tatlo nga yan sila nagbebentta, SnS, Listening in Style tsaka Gadgets in Style ba yun (di ko na maalala). Maganda sa Sight and Sounds as it is the shop na very well recommended ng mga taga PinoyDVD. Pero ang kelangan mo lang, tawag ka muna siguro sa tindahan to check for the availability then magpareserve.
I belive may isa pang tindahan na mura, which is AFAIK, ay nasa Kalayaan Avenue, near QC city hall.
