Its been 2 days at wala pa disconnection. Nag restart lang ako dahil 1 mbps na lang.

PS, sir nakita ko nga, dahil sa bigay mo password, sa Globe naka auto yung duplex then sa load balancing naka auto din pero half duplex. Ni set ko pareho sa full at 100m.

I used to have a cordless phone so bitbit ko yun at pinakikinggan ko kung nagbabago yung noise kapag ginagalaw ko mga connections. That way, kung sa wiring mo yung problem, pwede mo pang maayos on your own.

But if the problem is beyond the utility box, kailangan telco na tiitingin.

To summarize, you have two problems... faulty DSL filter and a noisy line.

We were on PLDT DSL from 2001 to 2018. Been to this situation and it's very frustrating. I hope maayos yung sayo or mapalitan ng fiber.

Nakapag submit na ako ng application sa PLDT for fiber plan.
Yung sa Globe ayaw ko na mag follow up.. Meron daw scheduled Tech visit this week, if matuloy banggitin ko po yung mga details na binigay nyo.. Thank you po ulit.
Nanghihinayang talaga ako sa Globe gamit na gamit kasi namin yung landline na unli call sa Globe.

Good to know bro, may duplex mismatch pala. Howabout the line performance may CRC line errors? Possible din yung random/intermittent downtime hindi nadedetect dahil sa load balancing.

May Duo parin yata to covert to mobile landline.

Hindi priority ni Globe ang FTTH, baka maunahan pa ni Ditto at DICT sa roll-out ng fiber. Iyong plans nila for fiber 20mb P1.6k, talong-talo ni PLDT at Converge. Naging complacent si Globe nag concentrate sa wireless 4G 5G, dapat sinabay nila sa FTTH. Napagiwanan na yung copper VDSL at LTE nila parang Skycable hangang ngayon coaxial parin, and ang deployment sa NCR pa lang yata. Iyong dalawang telco kahit saang probinsya yata merona deployment ng FTTH.

The came and just connected to my globe router and used speediest. Since it's shows my subscribed speed eh pinasa nya ang sisi mismo sa Globe. Madami daw Globe sa area namin may problem. Ok naman daw ang linya. Nsa Globe na daw problem. I doubt he even checked the line. Nag speed test lang sya. Anyway, it seems stable naman globe ko ngayon. Yun nga lang may mga time na it slows down to 1 mbps and I had to restart to go back to 20 mbps.

About the CRC error, I honestly don't know where to see it. I looked at the logs and the only thing I noticed is a lot of "unable to compete PPPoE discovery" followed by "timeout waiting for PADO packets". But the log was 2 days ago.

And yes, hindi masyado pansin ang down ng Globe dahil sa pldt. Pag napansin ko disconnected ang Globe restart lang at sinasalo ng pldt. Nung nawala pldt eh ang sakit sa ulo ng Globe.

Nag compare nga ako ng plans ulit kahapon.. mahal talaga yung Globe hindi naka unli kahit yung 1699 nila.. Sa PLDT kahit yung 1299 unli fiber plan na.
Ituloy ko na lang itong sa PLDT kahit 36 months lock-in period, sana lang mag install na sila soon para sakto sa cut off ng Globe ko para malinis kapag papa-close ko na Account.
Buti nga nag stable na internet ko kahit na 5Mbps lang talaga abot niya.. Nakaka stream naman ako ng HD na walang buffer.. Kaya ko pa tiisin, may mga online activities lang like Kahoot games na di kaya connection ko while ongoing ang webex meeting.. Delayed lumalabas ang choices di tuloy ako maka enjoy.. Pero so far video calls no problem naman. Di ako makapaniwala kaya ng 5Mbps hehehe

Nagtext sakin today yung Globe. Dahil loyal subscriber daw ako, in-upgrade nila ang speed ko for free. From 10mbps 15mbps na daw. Nagspeed test ako at tama nga.

whoah!!! Sir Yubby, oks lang malaman saang area ka and ilang years na subscription nyo? Or baka naman VIP po kasi kayo.. Inggit ako!! Hahaha
Kanina lang may appointment ako for call pina follow up ko yung application ko for Globe Fiber Plan 1699.. Kasi naman naka-receive ako message sa PLDT na parang hindi ako makakabitan ng Fiber, saklap nga wala ako choice.. Gusto ko lang naman maayos lang yung internet and landline issue ko, para matapos na isipin ko..

Di ko nga alam pano sinukat ni Globe yung loyalty na sinasabi nya kasi 1 year and 7 months pa lang yung plan ko sa kanila. 2nd upgrade na nila ito actually. Nag-apply kasi ako noon 5mbps pa lang ang advertised speed nila. Tapos parang mga April o May yata this year naging 10mpbs tapos this week naging 15 na.

Taga-Pinagbuhatan, Pasig po ako. Regular subscriber lang ako hindi VIP hehe.
