open multiple windows or quick tab feature is removed in Maxthon 2 unfortunately. they replaced it with split view. Maxthon 1.5.x still has that feature though.
one thing I like in Maxthon2 is the favorites data saved online, so whenever you use maxthon on any computers or you just formatted your PC, just log-on to your maxthon account and your saved bookmarks are there. creating account will only take less than 20 secs. so you have different bookmarks for you and your wife in one windowsXp/vista user account.
firefox has lots of add-ons, however, the memory consumption is just too much to overlook imo.

I really need the multiple window browsing. Right now, I just downloaded Firefox 3 Beta 2 and is using it. Will see in a few days if it still uses a lot of resources.

Safari's ok as a browser. But, its built-in security's weaker than either Firefox's or IE7's. Whenever I surf tsikot.com there's adware/popups present that's not in IE7 or Firefox. It's just this site though. Other sites seem fine. But, I quit using Safari for this site.
Also, an article in Yahoo says Paypal seems to think the same way:
Paypal Says Avoid Safari

I have another problem with Firefox. I'm now using Firefox 3 Beta 4. Youtube videos always stop playing after 3-5 sec. No problem with youtube using IE.
