    That's the sad part about urbanization. When I lived there a long time ago, I spent a lot of time near the coast. The sea breeze was cool and refreshing so long as we were in the shade (like under a big tree). No need for A/C.

    There were no coastal roads yet and Manila Bay extended right into the back yard.
