Payment Notification but that doesnt guarantee the seller that the fund is legit. Pa-send mo pa din pero dont ship it until you get to transfer the bidpay fund directly to your bank account.

I guarantee that bidpay will freeze that fund kse saka lang nila malalaman na hindi legit ang fund na ginamit.

Engot naman ang paypal or bidpay. kung hindi legit ang fund na ginamit, why let them use it. Dapat DENIED agad. Ang ginagawa ng paypal or bidpay, yung receiver ang nag su-suffer at the back end.
