HP maganda, I'm using nc6000. I've also used the nc4000 (lighter model), parehong OK...very sturdy OK pa ang support.

    yeah...best price too :p

You really cant compare Toshibas, Fujitsus and IBM with laptops like Twinhead. Twinhead is like a budget brand while the other three are high end ones. For the Taiwan brands like ECS, Twinhead, (neo?), I think Twinhead would be one of the better ones.

    di naman siguro.

may ecs ako. ginagawang trampoline ng 1 year old ko yung keyboard di naman nasisira. pag nag-computer kasi kami ng aming 3 year old nagmimiron, pag nainis na hindi isali gawa nya tatapakan ang keyboard. di pa naman nasisira.

anyway, it will all depend what you will use it for. kung gamit mo naman sa work or business e dapat lang siguro bumili ka ng mahal. pambahay lang naman yung sa akin, i just got a laptop para pwede palipat-lipat at hindi ako confined sa isang table kaya cheapo lang binili ko.

So wala na talagang thinkpads? ganda pa naman ng support ng IBM, break it and they will replaced it except for the display.

if you're getting a dell and can afford to add something, add complete care service contract. protected na from falls, liquids, etc...

The latest Dell D410 that we offer to our clients has this feature as well. Dell calls it "Strike Zone." The primary battery extends out as if it could be used as a palm pad. Pero you need a really BIG hand to take advantage of this useless feature. I guess Dell wanted to make a thin battery kaya elongated ang design.

Maganda din yung advertisement ng IBM na kahit mahulog or mawala sa forest, gumagana pa din ang X series nila..haha. May integrated finerprint reader pa.

What I dont like with Dell D410/400 and HP NC4010/4000 is the external optical media. Manipis nga pero kung gagamitin mo ang CD/DVDROM, bitbit mo pa ang mga external reader.

    Ang Apple naman grabe mag-init

    Based on my experience:
    1. Dell
    2. Apple
    3. Sony
    4. IBM

Try IBM Notebook. Mine is R40e. So far no problems. Twice nang binagsak ng baby ko. Super tibay. Parts are easy to get in case magkaroon ng problem. The newer IBM Notebook models such as the X-series. Extra-slim and light. Medyo pricey nga lang.
